I train individuals to help them achieve their health, fitness, and wellbeing goals. I adopt a values-directed approach to personal training and design a customised exercise program tailored to their ability, needs, and overall objectives. I provide one-on-one or group sessions focusing on various fitness components, such as strength and conditioning training, aerobic and anaerobic exercise, flexibility, balance, coordination, and range of motion.

I will guide, teach, and educate you through exercises, ensuring proper form and technique to maximise results and prevent injuries.

Older Adult Health and Wellbeing In Home Personal Training

I have a deep passion and interest in older adult health and wellbeing. I have experience working in aged care facilities with seniors aged 60 to over 100.

My commitment is to ensure that as many seniors as possible are moving daily, maintaining and improving their current level of function to ensure optimum quality of life and independence.

I will enable this by serving as many seniors as possible in their homes or aged care facilities.

Our seniors should be safe, active, and healthy participants in their community and have the optimum quality of life and health and wellbeing in their homes or aged care facilities.
