Exercise prescription includes safe and effective instruction and demonstration, ongoing support, client monitoring, and program development. Programs are designed for participation by individuals or groups of varying ages and fitness levels.

Coaching is ongoing client management that utilises skills to facilitate growth and development and allow individuals to reach their full potential. It supports clients in achieving specific goals by providing guidance, problem-solving, motivation, and training.

Mentoring involves face-to-face communication, usually between people who share their knowledge, wisdom, and experience to benefit the mentee. Mentoring relationships are collaborative and supportive, focusing on personal development and growth through mutual trust and respect.
