2013 has been an incredible year of excitement, friendship, achievement and success. I have been privileged to guide 19 adventurous people to some of the most impressive and spectacular mountainous regions of the world. I would like to personally thank and congratulate all my wonderful clients who were courageous in their conviction to challenge themselves beyond their comfort zones and commit to a worthy goal that was meaningful to them. As a result they all experienced a once in a lifetime trekking adventure that will stay in their hearts and minds for the rest of their lives.

This is how the year 2013 unfolded….
In January, Australia Day in fact, I guided 4 clients to the top of the highest mountain in Africa, Mt Kilimanjaro. This included the extraordinary achievement from Liz, aged 69.
Team Kilimanjaro: Liz, Dave, Ian & Peter.

In May, I returned to the Himalayas to guide 6 clients to the base of the highest mountain in the world, Mt Everest!
Team Everest Base Camp: Bill, Ian, Michael, Karin, Kate & Simone.

Then in September/October back to Nepal I went to guide 8 more clients around the spectacular Annapurna circuit!

Finally, to wrap up a solid year of guiding I lead 2 more clients around the Everest circuit to Base Camp & Gokyo Lakes in October/November!

It has been a truly wonderful year that can only be summarised with the words of the late, Nelson Mandela,

Inspiring words from this great man and very true.
I already know my clients are now deciding what their next trekking adventure with me will be!
