Today would have been a tough but rewarding day for the team.  They’ve entered the Sagarmartha National Park and have been treated to some stunning scenery.

If visibility was good, they may have had their first views of Mt. Everest during the trek from Toktok (2760m) to Namche (3440m).

Upon arrival in Namche Bazaar, the group would have been rewarded with the hot showers and delicious cuisine at Namaste Lodge.

 There are many shops in Namche Bazaar and so many of the team members may have made some final purchases.  There are also a couple of internet ‘cafes’ in Namche and so, if you want to get a message through, there’s a good chance that many of the team members will check emails/facebook today or tomorrow.

But....then Pav discovered Namche hill!

All the hard work is worth it once the team arrive at Namache Hotel...hot showers, comfortable beds, electric blanket, yummy food!
