Today the team received a blessing from a Himalayan Lama at the Tibetan Buddhist Namche Monastery.

After the blessing, they headed up to the Everest View Hotel, 3880m, to suck in some thinner air and take in the stunning views of Mt. Everest. After the trek, there was time for resting, shopping and ‘inter-netting’.

No doubt everyone is still enjoying the comforts and  hospitality of Namche Lodge before they trek to Deboche tomorrow where their tents await!
