Home from the Himalaya – Everest Base Camp & Kala Patthar

I have only been home for a few days but the memories, excitement and passion for the mountains & adventure is still gushing through my veins!

I’m not often speechless but the expedition I just guided to Everest Base Camp & Kala Patthar, Himalaya, was the most extraordinary trip.

The power and beauty of the mountains continually captivate me….I am blessed and feel privileged to be a mountain guide.

Experience & knowledge has taught me, that in life very few things run perfectly.

This recent adventure to the most breath-taking part of the world was perfect!

The wonderful people I guided – Glynis (GG), John (Stumpy), Kat (Wild-Kat), Michelle (Shell), Paul (Paulie), Robert (Solo-Man) & Sue (EB) were a delight to guide and together we all experienced a true Himalayan trip of a life-time. The friendships we created and the memories we all share will bond us all together for the rest of our lives.

Everest Base Camp Success - 2/10/2012

Mountains, nature and the spirit of adventure change us for the better…. a gift of life. The profound beauty & magnitude of the largest mountain range in the world is indescribable. It’s a place to gain clarity and perspective on one’s life not to mention experienced a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. To see how the mountains enrich everyone is such a joy that never ceases to amaze me.
