I am so proud to announce Cherie Horne Adventure Trekking’s Kilimanjaro success!

It was an absolute pleasure to guide my amazing clients to the roof of Africa’s highest mountain, Uhuru Peak 5895m, Mount Kilimanjaro on Friday, 6th February 2015.

I was fortunate enough to visit Uhuru Peak 3 times today in order to accompanied all my team members to their goal of standing on the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free standing mountain in the world!!

It was simply amazing!

Thank you very much to my exceptional Africa operators who assist me in leading my clients on this ‘once in a lifetime’ adventure. A first-class support crew of over 30 African, guides, co-guides, cooks, kitchen assistant and porters worked with me to ensure my clients had an exceptional and safe expedition.

I would personally like to congratulation my champion clients aka “Team Kili’– Charelle, Jenny, Tamela, Dave, Geoff, Neil & Rob!!

It was a truly inspirational team effort where our spirit, passion for adventure and challenge enabled us to stand on the top of the highest mountain in Africa on Friday 6th February 2015.

I am immensely proud of them all and I have no doubt we will cherish the wonderful memories for the rest of our lives.
