Christmas and New Year wishes filled with kindness, peace, and love – 2021

Dear Adventure Friends,

Wishing you all a Christmas and New Year filled with kindness, peace, and love.

It has been 12 months since my last post and the entire world continues to be affected by the COVID-19 virus.

The global uncertainty and impact on the world and one’s future freedoms create a forever-changing world as we approach a new year.

I believe all we can do is continue to demonstrate resilience both individually and collectively, demonstrate compassion, and embrace all we can to provide as much harmony, unity, and love for each other under such volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous times.

In regards to my trekking adventures, I am not able to confirm any definitive dates of departure due to the complexities of the COVID-19 virus. I do however believe that international trekking in 2022 will remain most unlikely as I will not take any risks in regards to my client’s health, safety, and wellbeing.

I remain in contact with my travel agent FBI Travel and wonderful operators in Nepal (Pasang), Peru (Fermin), and Africa (Gideon) who are keeping me updated with relevant COVID-19 international travel restrictions, required permits, and health regulations for adventure trekking.

Therefore, my message to you, if adventure trekking with me is a goal of yours, is to keep the dream alive in your heart and mind. I hope the future allows us the freedom to return to the spectacular mountains of our world with a renewed sense of appreciation, unity, and respect for the people and planet that is our precious home.

I truly believe a way to improve the health and wellbeing of the world is through the great and abundant outdoors!

Together we must stand, with kindness, compassion, and acceptance for all that is; to create a world of peace and love.

Stay safe, healthy, and full of hope, compassion, and love.

May moments of happiness enrich you; health sustains you and gratitude humble you.

Take care always,

With much love,

Cherie
