Well, Chez (that’s what my friends call me) has settled back into ‘normal’ living following my incredible Denali experience. I am back at work as a Personal Trainer and loving every minute of it! What better job could you think of than helping all my fantastic clients reach their health and fitness goals…I’m the lucky one! 🙂

My role as a Coach/Personal Trainer and Motivational Speaker is to educate, inform and provide on-going tools to assist people create their best life. I will now blog regular posts on various topic’s of interest in all areas of life.

Ok, so today’s “Food for thought“…one for the girls (but guys this is great for you too)!

A majority of Australian women know what “superfoods” are but only a third eat them regularly, research shows.
Superfoods are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, dietary fibre and other factors thought to confer an additional health benefit.
They include spinach, soy beans, oats, nuts, tomatoes and salmon or oily fish.
