Here is a list of fun walks/runs that you might be interested in over the next few months. To all my clients I expect you all to register for at least one…more would be better though! 😉 and if it means you want me to join you then count me in!

Food for the day: Quinoa a super food that originates from South America. Pronounced ‘keen-wa’ this highly nutritious grain is slowly getting introduced to Australian diets.

It’s gluten free, low GI (low glycaemic index means it’s slowly digested and helps keep blood sugar levels steady throughout the day, providing lasting energy to the body), high in essential vitamins and minerals including: iron, calcium, B vitamins (folate), potassium, magnesium, zinc, copper and fibre.
