Hope you all had a great weekend? Tell me what you got up to I would love to hear about it. Hope all my awesome clients had a terrific weekend and followed their exercise and healthy eating plans. I look forward to seeing you all this week. 🙂

Can you believe it’s August? Yep, that means three quarters of 2009 has already passed! Wow, now we’re already thinking Christmas…that’s scary, where has this year gone?

Some questions for us to ponder…. Has this year been a happy and productive one for you? What’s been your highlight? What lessons have you learned? Have you achieved (some) of your goals or didn’t you set any in the first place? Are you being the person You want to be? Are you being true to yourself?

Yes, big questions but important ones. This is Your life so you better make the most of it and start living the life you dream of!

Ok, here are a few simple things I would encourage you to think about and more importantly implement into your daily life starting today! It’s not rocket science or a major revelation, in fact you have probably heard it all before. However, it’s my job to remind you how these simple things can have a positive effect on your life.

Eat rainbow food – It’s all about colour, I make sure every meal I have is full of colourful healthy clean food. It tastes great and looks good too!

Always eat breakfast – Don’t make excuses, make it a non-negotiable habit every morning. A nutritious hearty brekky is the best way to kick start your metabolism and fuel you for a wonderful day.

Drink water – Sounds easy but most people don’t drink enough and live in a constant state of dehydration. Keep your water bottle close by and sip regularly, aim for 1.5L per day.

Smile, laugh and have fun – The easiest way to get those happy hormones excited! A simple smile and good laugh is one of life’s greatest gifts. Share your beautiful smile with someone every day.

Tell someone special you love them – Life is so short and precious, don’t ever be afraid to tell people how much you adore and cherish them. My friends and family know how much I love them.
